Our Whole Foods re-opens on February 1st! This is only temporary though until us Uptowners are able to build the first three acre organic grocery store down in the "Lower Ninth" next to the new golf course and wave pool.

That's very exciting about WFM opening again! Go get some nice organic milk (which is supposedly WAY better than regular) and tasty cheese and tell that cute deli guy I said Hi. The one with the curly hair- you'll know him when you see him. I read in the NYTimes last week that we are getting a Trader Joes here in Manhahttan. I am wondering what the price mark up will be for NYC...I hope it is not as bad as Whole Paycheck.
Also, we made butter in class today after we whipped cream. I, of course, thought immediately of you. Threatening to make your own "homemade" butter. Gross.
