Danger, Will Robinson!

I'm compiling a large mix of music that I might want to listen to during labor. It's an eclectic collection of moods ranging from Babes in Toyland to Cat Stevens, from Jane’s Addiction to Charlotte Church. It's five hours of music. A lot of these songs have a memory closely attached to them already. However, I am sensing danger if I actually play these songs during labor. What will happen to my psyche if I associate the theme song from Amelie not with a Parisian accordion player on the last day of our honeymoon but with intense pressure and pain? Conversely, it might be strange to think of my daughter every time I hear My Adidas by Run DMC or worse, Britney's Toxic.
